Policies
- Diapers and wipes availability may vary from month to month.
- The RFS provides diaper sizes one, two, and three
- Only 30 diapers are to be given out to each family each month
- Only one package of wipes per family per month
- There can be any mix of the sizes one, two, and three, but 30 diapers is the limit per package.
- The program follows a strict schedule of when diapers are to be distributed to families
- If any changes to the schedule are made, they will be posted on this website and our social media pages.
- The RFS reserves the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason
- Diapers and wipes cannot be acquired apart from the set schedule of distribution. You must show up to the distribution location to receive diapers and wipes
- For confidentiality and logistical purposes, diaper and wipe distribution is restricted to authorized parents, guardians, or parental figures of each respective family. Accordingly, individuals are only permitted to collect these essentials for their own family.

Definitions:
"Family" is defined as a parent or legal guardian of one or more children or two parents or legal guardians of one or more children who are dependent upon the parents or legal guardians for their necessities of which the parents or legal guardians are either married or not married. This also applies to parental figures who are related or not related to the child or children but take care of them.

"Parental figure" is defined as a minor (16 to 17 years old) or adult person(s) who are either related or not related to the child or children but takes care of them. (Example: Boyfriend, girlfriend, grandmother, grandfather, sibling, etc.)
2025 Schedule of Diapers and Wipes Distribution
For days listed, the hours of distribution will be from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM EST.

- Sunday November 16th, 2025
- Sunday December 14th, 2025
The distribution location for diapers and wipes for 2025 will be at Stony Lane Church. 921 Old Baptist Rd, North Kingstown, RI 02852
